About Flow State Massage & Bodywork

Founded in January of 2020, Flow State Massage began as an independent massage therapy practice, serving the Boone area. As the pandemic quickly taught our infant business, we needed to be like water. Turns out our name was quite appropriate. When commercial real estate options were sparse, Flow State became a mobile massage therapy practice serving the communities of Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina

Flow State found it’s strength in its adaptability through the years that followed, including temporarily closing its doors after a life altering car crash for our founder and some time away. All along, Flow State Massage served out it’s beautiful purpose. In the words of our owner, Avery: “Flow State is my heart, a garden, we tend to it and in return it cares for us”

Fast forward to today, and its with passion and dedication we serve our community. Our mission is to provide our uniquely curated expression of healing arts. We create wealth in wellness of the highest vision for our participants. We offer engaging and healing experiences, and offer our services as professional bodyworkers, artists, healers, women of heart centered work.

Wherever possible, we utilize local goods and services or ecologically friendly solutions as a first priority.  We give gratitude first to the beautiful land that draws so many near and sustains us.
