A: We understand that plans can change. We kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate other guests and ensure a seamless experience for everyone. Cancellations to any appointment within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service cost, excluding illness or emergencies

A: During your massage, your comfort is the most important aspect. You can dress down to your comfort level during your session, with or without clothing, you will remain properly covered by sheets and a blanket on the table. Less clothing gives us more of an area to access, but we accommodate all comfort levels

A: Clients often ask about tipping. Gratuity is not expected but is accepted in recognition of an awesome experience.

The term “deep tissue” gets used a lot, but it means something different to everyone. Some people think it means intense, even intentionally painful pressure. Our approach is different. We don’t provide the forceful, "no pain, no gain” style some expect when they ask for deep tissue.
Instead, we work with the nervous system, moving slowly, layer by layer, without overwhelming the body.
